H-T means your device is in hearing aid mode.
to remove it go
options >Call Management >Hearing Aid Mode > ...
Sit it to off .
then you won't find H-T icon any more in your notification area .

Battery Power Saving Tips
Charging
- Charge BlackBerry® smartphone as much as possible
- Use wall chargers as the preferred charging method

- Reduce volume
- Use headphones
